Lewis Moore
I have nearly a decade of experience working across private clinics, the NHS, and semi-professional sport. I’ve supported a wide range of individuals—from professional athletes to those recovering from orthopaedic surgery—helping each return to peak performance and everyday activities with confidence and strength.
In my current NHS role, I work as a full-time Highly Specialist Physiotherapist, supporting colleagues and managing complex cases. My role involves the use of specialist imaging, advanced skills such as therapeutic injections, and close collaboration with orthopaedic teams to determine when surgical input may be required.
I created this clinic as a bespoke rehabilitation space, built to deliver high-quality, personalised care. The space combines hands-on treatment with a well-equipped strength and conditioning setup, allowing rehabilitation to be both practical and progressive. With longer appointment times, dedicated facilities, and continuity of care, you’ll always know who you’re working with and feel supported throughout your journey

Beyond the Clinic
Away from work, I’ve always had a strong interest in sport and performance. I played football throughout my teenage years and have consistently incorporated strength and conditioning into my routine—from early “lad lifting” to developing a solid level of calisthenics, including handstands and gymnastic ring work.
I’ve also experienced my fair share of injuries, including a shoulder labral tear, a meniscal knee injury, and complex pubic pain. Throughout my own rehabilitation, I’ve worked with leading physiotherapists and highly specialised experts in their fields. This exposure has been invaluable in shaping my understanding of injury management and has influenced how I adapt and refine my own clinical approach.
